ANAHEIM, Calif., June 28 (Our Los Angeles) — Disneyland Resort in Anaheim reopened Tiana’s Bayou Adventure after a 13-year-old guest exited a ride vehicle and slid down the attraction’s final drop, prompting a state inspection.

Disneyland officials said cast members stopped the ride on Sunday after the boy got out of the vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital for evaluation as a precaution and later released.

The attraction stayed closed for the rest of Sunday. The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health inspected the ride afterward, and spokesperson Katherine Wzorek told NBC News investigators “did not find any operational issues.”

Disneyland officials later said the attraction resumed operation after the inspection. The park did not identify the boy or say whether any changes were made to ride procedures.
